Just like the real Kid Rock experience, we’re inviting YOU to join us on stage and be part of the action with the nation’s top touring Kid Rock tribute band, Kid Kentucky and the American Badass Band.

Disclaimer and Indemnity Agreement for Dancers:
By participating as a dancer in the Kid Kentucky and the American Badass Band's live performance, you (the “Dancer”) agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: The Dancer acknowledges and accepts all inherent risks involved in performing and participating in the live concert, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other unforeseen incidents that may occur before, during, or after the performance.

Indemnification: The Dancer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the band, the venue, and any personnel associated with the performance, including any known or unknown affiliates, subsidiaries, or partners, from any claims, liabilities, actions, damages, losses, or judgments arising out of or in connection with the Dancer's participation in the performance. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, accidents, or damages to property.

Release of Liability: The Dancer hereby waives, releases, and discharges the band, the venue, all event personnel, and any related parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that the Dancer may have, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to their participation in the performance.

No Claims or Legal Actions: The Dancer agrees not to bring any claims, lawsuits, or other legal actions against the aforementioned parties related to any event or injury that occurs during the performance. This includes any potential claims from third parties that might be associated with the Dancer’s involvement in the performance.
